Registered Office Requirements

 

According to the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) s.658, all companies must: 

- Have a Registered Office in Hong Kong to which all communications and notices.

- If a company contravenes subsection (1) or (3), the company, and every responsible person of the company, commit an offence, and each is liable to a fine at level 5 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine of $1,000 for each day during which the offence continues.
